In 1976, Cloice D. Janson arrived in Charleston from a high profile career in fashion modeling and Janson Realty Home Sales Inc. was founded shortly after moving to the Lowcountry.  Today, over 30 years later, she is the proud owner of four Real Estate companies and all of them hugely successful.

A well-known figure in the Lowcountry, Janson has built sold and closed over 6,000 homes in the area, making her a "house sold name," an appropriate and fitting slogan for the company.  Janson states she has built her reputation of thirty years on giving clients the most square footage for their money.

"My builders and I try to include the most square footage for the least amount of money for our buyers, but with the highest quality construction," Janson prides herself.  Janson is  the exclusive marketing agency for several new communities with no plans to slow down anytime soon.  Janson also teaches real estate wealth seminars for real estate investors and buyers.

Today, Janson, owner and president of Janson Realty Home Sales Inc. is an accomplished and respected figure in Charleston's Real Estate marketing and development business as she continues to flourish with new home sales, development, land acquistion, building, and real estate wealth seminars.
